Information on enrolments and renewals used for this purpose are reported by the suppliers and may not have been independently reviewed or audited by the OEB. If the OEB received complaints against a supplier but the supplier did not enter into or renew any contracts during the reporting period, a notation will be shown below the chart with the actual number of consumer complaints received in the period.
